Fireproof N2XH power cables are mainly used in places that threaten human life or flammable materials,
such asindustrial, public buildings, hotels, subway systems, hospitals, etc., this cable can be installed in
dry or wetenvironments, but is not suitable for direct burial into soil or water.

Cable structure

- Solid or multiple strands of bare copper conductor

- Follow DIN VDE 0295 CL.1, Cl.2, BS 6360 Cl.1, Cl.2 and IEC 60228 cl 1, Cl.2

- XLPE insulation Class 2XI1, following HD 604 S1

- Color coding follows DIN VDE 0293-308

- Yellow-green ground cable (three core and above)

- Special LSOH fill

- N2XCH has concentric conductors:

Copper wire and one or two transverse reverse spiral copper strips

- Thermoplastic polyolefin outer jacket HM4 class, following HD 604 S1

- Operating voltage: 600/1000 V

- Test voltage: 4000 V

- Minimum bending radius: 12 x Ø

- Operating temperature: +5º C ~ +50º C

- Fixed installation temperature: -40 º C to +90º C

- Temperature reached in short circuit: +250º C

Flame retardant according to VDE 0482 part 266-2, DIN EN 50266-2/IEC 60332-3

- Low combustion corrosive gases comply with DIN VDE 0482-267/ EN 50267-2-2/IEC 60754-2

- Halogen-free according to DIN VDE 0482-267 /EN 50267-2-1/IEC 60754-1

- Smoke density follows DIN VDE 0482-268/HD 606/BS 7622 PT1, PT2/EN 50268-1, -2/IEC 61034-1, -2
